Scope of Services
Absolute HVAC provides professional installation, maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems, as detailed in the service agreement. Any work beyond the agreed-upon scope will require a separate written agreement and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless alternative terms are explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to service. Late payments may be subject to interest charges, late fees, or collection costs as permitted by applicable law.
Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor for a period of 1 year from the date of service. All warranty claims must be submitted within this timeframe and are subject to evaluation and verification. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
Limitation of Liability
Absolute HVAC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations to the HVAC system. Liability is strictly limited to the cost of services provided. In no event shall we be responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
